HOW TO BOOK
Appointments can be booked via the ‘Book Appointment’ link at the top of our page. A confirmation email will be sent after a successful booking.

ACCESSIBILITY 
Our location is easily accessible by both car and public transport:
 • Free parking is available directly at the building.
 • Arriving by public transport? We are just a 7–10 minute walk from Bullewijk station.

DEPOSIT POLICY 
To confirm your appointment, a 40% deposit of the selected service is required. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. Please choose your appointment time carefully, as all deposits are non-refundable.
 
All deposits are non-refundable. If we are unable to fulfill your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. You may also reschedule if preferred.

PAYMENT METHODS 
We accept both card and cash payments. We kindly ask that customers bring the exact cash amount when paying in cash.
 
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY 
10 minutes late = €5.00 late fee added.
15 minutes late =  Your appointment will be automatically canceled.

SQUEEZE-INS
Available for an additional fee of €20,00.  For availability, please send a WhatsApp message to +31 686297647.

CANCELLATION
Cancel via the confirmation email if outside the 48-hour window. To cancel within 48 hours, please text us at +31 686297647.

RESCHEDULE
Reschedule via the confirmation email. If rescheduling within 48 hours, a new deposit is required.

NO SHOW
Failure to cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment will require you to pay 50% of the remaining balance. A new deposit will also be required for future appointments.
 
EXTRA GUESTS 
 Due to limited space, please inform us in advance if you wish to bring a guest. Kindly send a message us for approval +31 686297647.
 
HAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
  •  Please make sure your hair is product free, washed & blowdried. If this is not possible, please add on the following service: Wash & Blow-dry.
BUNDLE GUIDE
  • Traditional sew-in: 3-4 Bundles depending on the length.
  • Half up half down: 2,5-3 Bundles.
  • 2x6 Closure Sew-in: 3-4 Bundles.
  • Weave ponytail: 1,5-2 Bundles depending on desired volume.
  • Braid ponytail: X-pression hair (PRE-STRECHED): 2 packs for a fuller look.
SINGLE TRACK SEW-IN GUIDE 
Bundle Guide:
  • 1-2 Tracks: 1 Bundle.
  • 3-4 Tracks: 2 Bundles.
  • 5-6 Tracks: 3-4 Bundles.
MICROLINK GUIDE
Bundle Guide:
  • 1-2 Wefts: 1 Bundle.
  • 3-4 Wefts: 2 Bundles.
  • 5-6 Wefts: 3-4 Bundles.
