At first there was a little bit of confusion and some miscommunication, but this was handled very well and with great care. The actual appointment itself was very comfortable, with a pleasant and professional atmosphere. The stylist was truly lovely to interact with, and I felt at ease the entire time. Most importantly, I was very happy with how she did my hair – the result was exactly what I hoped for. Overall, a very positive experience!
